Man Chip, that bike is absolutely stunning. I did go off and find the thread with all of your photos but much appreciate you posting some of them up again here as I never get tired of looking at that bike.
I totally understand the mindset that bikes are made to be ridden, even the older ones. But on the flip side, I can also truly appreciate why that one remains tucked away on display in your house.
I'm sure there will be plenty of good Husqvarna related reading in the book. I'm looking forward to it. However, in my case I'll just have to visualize in my mind the bikes of that era. You on the other hand will merely need to set the book on your lap and will be able to simply stare at the real deal.
