dbarkdoll, Riko’s point about the EX not having spokes in the US is a reference to his former bike (the one on which the spokes have failed) was a 2014 EX sent to Europe with spokes wheels. He means the 2014 DLX that went to the US did not have spokes. So there is no potential for failure.

It remains to be seen whether the 2017 and later EX models will have problems over time.
