The ferret makes a good suggestion that will cost you nothing to try. I can think of only four suggestions for possible solutions to your problem that involve changes to the bike.

1. A taller seat with a flat top. This will not only raise you up but also allow you to slide back, both of which will change your knee angle. A custom seat will cost you some $.

2. You could fabricate a foot peg lowering kit which might add some help to suggestion 1. I say fabricate because it is doubtful you will find one being made.

3. Replacing the bar with one that is lower and has less pullback might allow you to move back on the seat somewhat and relieve some knee pressure. Check the Flanders website for many options. http://www.sideroadcycles.com/ImportedMo...ars78.html

4. Look into installing highway pegs on your CB. This will allow you to stretch your legs forward when conditions permit thus relieving knee pressure. Again, you will have to be creative because I have not seen any highway pegs designed for the CB11.
