She got a DePuy press fit hip replacement, anterior procedure, the incision was only 3 or 4 inches long, and glued backed together, no exterior stitches. Interior stitches discolve. Bandage is waterproof, has some kind of anti germ coating on it, and stays on for 2 weeks. She has follow up with surgeon in 6 weeks. She has a host of meds to take and some kind of shot she has to give herself in the stomach skin for the next 8 days I think. It's wild I tell ya. They had her up walking around the hospital and doing steps twice today before releasing her.

Our hope is she is able to ride again.
