Basically the panniers are attached to each other via velcro straps that sit on top, or underneath the seat. They should fit on just about any bike without a special mounting, my bike came with some pannier brackets that probably would've had them sit a tad nicer but it was impossible to have both the pannier brackets and the cargo rack installed at the same time, the bags fit fine anyway once I adjusted them.
They're not cheap but they are really durable and close by "rolling" the top shut. This is handy if you're not carrying an awful lot of gear as you basically roll part of the bag on itself making it smaller. Both bags are chockers full in the photos I attached.
