Short Shield Shakedown Ride

This is as close to a sweet spot as it gets without having the option like the ST to move it for different riding. The shield has no effect on handling through your favorite roads, you'll really feel the difference at highway speeds or on those long strips. I'll have to measure mine but looking at the upper mounts yours looks cut down a bit more, I have 10 1/4 over the key.

I think the shield looks better than the original size on the bike and nice job on the finish.
