I have a saddlemen HC 2900 48 liter top box The saddle men cost 139.00 shipped.The top box comes on and off easy with 1 hand retention screw from the inside of the box. The universal mounting plate I tie rapped to the Honda rear rack that would not fit the Honda top box and than I used the rack bolts and clips to secure the box on my rack. Theres a tab in the front of the top box that fits into a grove on the rack to further secure the box on the rack.I must add the clips are not perfect (the bars on our rack are spread to far apart) but the 4 clips are on, One side of the clip are on a bar the other on the plate itself and it works. I think the saddlemen looks pretty good, and for 139.00 bucks and easy installment its good value and gets the job done
