The "Done" button is in a dark color (used to be yellow or white) on my phone. I have to randomly poke the lower right corner of my iphone in order to get the link to past into my Tapatalk post.

Not sure if this is the same problem you have, but I thought I'd toss it out there.
This is a screenshot of what I see in Tapatalk when I try to add a picture, only I had to edit the screenshot to add more light so you could see “done”

Oh...and by lightening the photo, it kind of made this pic of my wife look terrible...so in an effort not to leave that impression.....
