Wow...I had no idea the lockdowns were that...forceful. Even at our worst, "lockdowns" around here seemed more of a suggestion as far as travel was concerned.

Very cool to see the forest recover though..

My favorite sign: Through Street...NO THROUGH ROAD. Kind of sums up the trip!!!

And speedo comment: sure do like the green face with the simplicity of the kilometers only readout...so clean looking.

Being locked down in the State of Victoria, all 227,444 km² of it is "pure luxury". "I used to dream of being locked down in an area the size of Victoria".

In my day, virtually all of 2021 so far, we have been locked down to an area of 78.54km² AND we live in a shoebox under a motorway bridge eating gravel for breakfast .

We are lucky though, from April 12th we are now allowed a whole 1257km², a mere 20km radius from your house.

Luxury! 'ere we had t'quarantine in a shoe box for 28 in every 24 hours. We could wear a mask as long as we didn't breathe.

What an auspicious start, and what an ignominious end! That's such a shame.

The recovery of the forest is heartening! Life is tenacious.
