I agree, the stock map fueling is perfect and I'd hate to ruin how it runs now. But I need noises from my bikes, I think it adds to the visceral experience. I do it mainly for that and not really for the extra performance. I wonder if others' who have installed slip on have had fueling issues (Staintune, Yoshimura, etc).
I agree that the Aluminum will match the front/rear fenders and all the other polished bits on the bike. But the headers will yellow and it may stick out too much. The Titanium will blend in a little more once everything discolors. There's also other brushed aluminum pieces on the bike too so it's making the decision pretty tough.
