As for the CB 1100 I am in the camp that it is what it is. If you can't live with 87 horsepower and 65 ft lbs of torque, then simply buy something else. There are lots of bikes out there, some with smaller motors even, that make a lot more horsepower, if that is what toots your horn.

Ferret, it is a good camp you're in. The CB is build for it. I know what I'm writing about, I live in it for nearly 5 years now and don't like to change anything for more power.

Congratulations to the new owner of the CB and welcome to the club. Try to enjoy your CB within this camp. There are plenty of reasons.
