CB1100 Questions from a potential new owner

But, if RLETs aren’t your thing, maybe consider the Quarter-on-the-Throttlebody mod. You’ll have to search for the details yourself, though - Don’t want to tee up another opportunity for you to criticize my taste.

I can recall two instances when I was backing my cb1100 out of the garage, next to the car where the space was a bit tight, and as I was looking back trying to avoid the recycling bins, I lost sight how close the handle bars were to the car...the lever end rubbed up against the side of the car. 2" scratched car door was averted as RLET saved the day, doing exactly what it was designed to do.

I learn quickly--I moved things around and now I keep my eye on the handlebars...but now I've come close to scratching the mufflers on the recycle bins!

Note: must clean garage!
