Bugger all! Four into fours

G'day Creasy, I'm planning on buying a set of these in a couple of months and would just like to ask you if you think if the volume would be too loud for long rides? I adore the sound they make and have been wanting to buy a set since before I bought the bike but I do a fair amount of touring and I'm concerned the drone would annoy me.

MrTim - I use earplugs when I ride. With that said, I hear the pipes, but nothing annoying. I've got a three-day ride planned, and I'll be taking the CB with no worries about noise levels.

Ah thanks a bunch, that's what I was hoping to hear! You've put my mind at rest so I'll definitely buy myself a set once I've moved into my new place.
One more thing, myself and I believe a couple of other members on here would really appreciate it if you could post a photo of the discolouration you were speaking of. Personally I often like the way SS pipes colour but it would be good to see what it looks like before putting up so much cash.
