Review Michelin Road 3's

Took the jump and ordered a set today. A little concerned about the clearance between the right side centre stand foot and the rubber. I'm not sure what a safe clearance would be. I guess anything equal to or greater than what is there with the BT45s. The angle grinder will be on standby.

I did not measure the clearance ( please do) with the stock tire. I have 1500 miles without a mark on the rubber. I assume its about .25 closer than stock. If your concerned rather than grind just put a pipe over the end and slowly bend it out, a 1/4 inch will bring it back to stock clearance. The stand angle bends inward a bit so bending will have no effect on function. Let me know how you make out and your thoughts.
