They're actually Kawasaki OEM gators:
Kaw Part Numbers: 49006-1335 (boots) x 2

I got the idea from a post that Ferret did about installing gators on his CB. They fit perfectly, and are good quality rubber. Search on "Kawasaki gators" and Ferret's post with pictures and install instructions will come up. I followed it to the letter and it worked beautifully. My Bonneville (bike before the CB) had gators, and when I bought the CB the lack of gators was the most glaring omission that Honda made. I couldn't believe the bike didn't come with them stock
