Q2. Jet-Hot says "You will need to remove any chrome on your parts. We cannot remove or apply coatings over chrome" . How did you address this on your exhaust headers?

--There is no chrome on the 4 into 1 CB1100 header.

Q3. Per this link http://www.jet-hot.com/project-estimate there is a question about "What coating are you interested in?" and there are there some options Extreme 1300 / Extreme 2000 /Extreme 2500 / Please advise/ What did you select for your header?

--I believe there is only one temperature option for the 0100 polished finish.

Q4. How did you ensure that the inside of the headers are not coated to avoid damaging the CAT?

--Tell them the header is to be coated only on the outside to prevent damage to the catalytic converter and they will put rubber stoppers in all 5 openings. Jet Hot is familiar with this.
