Actually, the CB1100 does not have a true "closed loop" system. That would require a wide band 02 sensor, and the CB only has a narrow range 02 Lambda Sensor which only affects the bike during the warm-up stage and just off idle. The CB system is purely to control emissions, not to adapt to exhaust or intake changes. It has little to no affect during mid band or wide open throttle driving. Most other driving parameters are controlled by the ECU programming and input from temp & throttle position sensors, etc.
That said, you are not likely to run dangerously lean just by adding a slip-on.
