Getting ready for the riding season greeted by bad sounds....

If I gave it just a hair of throttle and bring it up 100RPM from idle it went away completely. It doesn't speed up in frequency, it just disappears. I've been riding around and it's happened maybe 3 times now at stop lights(I ride/commute every day). Ride to the next light and it isn't there. Stop to park and it hasn't done it yet. Never noticed it before the oil change and it's very very infrequent. I'm not really stressing it, I'll let you guys know if anything changes. If it keep up I'll go talk to my mechanic/dealer. I don't know what oil the put in, I trust him and didn't ask.

Was your sound or noise the same as in the second video link I shared in the first post?

Here is the link again. This is after warm up and a short ride.

If there was an adjustment problem from the dealer when you brought it in for service you would have heard it as soon as you started the bike on initial warm up. If there was something out of adjustment it would not be intermittent. I had the same problem and its in one of my threads.

When i did my first oil change i heard the same lower end noise. If it continues when you get it back i strongly suggest that you change the oil & filter with Honda 10-30 full syn.

I read your first post and from what I read, you had a knock right from the start. My knock or strange noise did not appear until after I rode the bike. When the bike is sitting warming up everything sounds normal. Take the bike for a short ride and then come back and don't shut down but dismount and listen I have that sound evident in that linked video.

I did that twice. The second time I let it idle it also sounded just fine and did not start making the noise until AFTER a short ride.

I would think if it was evident at a start and warm up idle it would be one thing. But to have the bike sound normal with a start, warm up and idle then go for a ride and have the noise present is another thing.
