I have seen on a few occasions "short" women (i.e. not tall women) having much difficultly lifting/maintaining an inline-4 upright in critical situations. We all know the CB1100 is top heavy, and that is the primary reason.
A critical situation might be something like a short stop with front fork recoil. That is usually enough to go down and potentially break a leg or mush an ankle.
Anyway, something to seriously consider even if the bike can be lowered.
