Thanks. The SLC looks pretty good, I can live with that size bracket. I think they're a little small for long rides two up, but maybe, maybe. I have to figure out if I can get them here and perhaps take a look. The Great Basin looks like I'd have to choose between it and my GF's a**, and sorry, Giant Loop.

The SCL is great,and I love the Motech Legend Gear. I did a cross Eu tour with these, no problem but for my next tip I am planning to get the larger and lockable Urban ABS from Motech.

But!!! ...if you are planning to tour two up, forget it.. passenger cannot reach the pegs when bags are attached unfortunatley.

Ouch. Really? Oh, no.
Is that just with the Motech gear, or do you mean any luggage will be in the way? I am absolutely planning on having a passenger.

Just look at the pictures Ive posted with the bags on.. they are a little more forward, and a little high. And keep that in mind that these are the smallest available bags (9L) from Motech. I cannot see how the passengers legs bend in order to reach the pegs, the bags will be in the way...
