I asked this exact same question on this forum a long time back, and I didn't get many replies. My personnel thoughts: Brake pads and air filter. If you're serious about keeping your bike a long time: brake caliper seals, brake and clutch master cylinder rebuild kits, fork seals, maybe fork bushings, and valve cover gasket. If you subject your bike to harsh weather then maybe wheel bearing grease seals and swing arm grease seals. If you want to go one step further, then the engine side-case gaskets, clutch plates, and clutch nut lock tab (if it has one).
