If the guy doesn't budge its still a great deal. 16K is still pretty low mileage. My last good bike b4 my 13 standard I paid $3500 with 8k miles on it......it was a 2005 Kaw Z750S that new went for about $7500. I ended up putting 46K on it with zero problems b4 I sold it...I have a feeling this bike will serve me just as well. Here's as link to Autotrader's CB1100's as you will see the prices and mileage is all over the place and $4500 seems fair.
