Should I buy this 2013?

I have the same bike year/ model/ Color , paid 4900 with 10250 miles it , have some extras like engine guard and rear bars, over all very good bike , only changed oil and filter and air filter with the cost of under $60, 20 minutes of work, next is brake pads which cost me $80, for best brand.I think the asking price is reasonable.
