I bought the 2002 cheap on Ebay after it sat neglected in someone's backyard for seven years. It required hours of elbow grease and paint to restore it, but mechanically it was in really good condition. The main reason I like the 1998 better is because of the gear-driven cams, and the NON V-TEC engine.
Any sharable images of these siblings?
Any sharable images of these siblings? Hi GoldOxide. Yes, but I don't know how to post them right now. Can they be attached to a private message to you?
I just remembered, I owned two Bridgestone DT175s back in the mid 70's. I picked these up used as a kid, both in desperate need of repair, and had a lot of fun restoring them. There was only one place in town that was able to order parts for them because Bridgestone had gone out of business. These were actually really nice, high-quality bikes, and I am so disappointed that Bridgestone stopped producing motorcycles.
