Just got back from a ride in the Sierras with my 5 speed 2013 standard and it performed flawlessly. Once we hit the highways we were cruising 80 to 80 to 85 for long stretches and I was never wanting for another gear. Vibration to me is minimal its the wind blast (and I have a screen and an extender) that is the main discomforting aspect of cruising at high speed and thats mainly because I dont wear earplugs which will probably change real soon!
