How to get a toaster tank look.
#1

My 2014 cb1100 std is modified to near perfection for me. Mag wheels, shocks, forks, tracker bars, all the chrome fidgets. The only things I’d really like, earls oil cooler kit, which seems like it might not be possible anymore, but more importantly, a toaster tank look. My bikes overseas all had the chrome side panels and rubber pads. So I want some ideas on how to copy the look.

I’ve seen the polished aluminum fugu tanks from White House. Honestly if the front of the tank was more naturally rounded, I would have gotten one already. I’ve talked to a few wrap people who don’t feel confident in the quality of chrome wrapped sides of the stock tank. What other ideas do people have? I know there was a Swiss guy who had his whole tank chromed. That’s on the table as well. This bike will never be sold, so price be damned.
