I personally would go more for the Multistrada which I tested the same time he tested the Diavel. The Multi is like riding a trail bike on steroids: light, highly responsive and power all over the place.
Hmmm. Maybe it's time for another visit to see baby brother?
My next door neighbor has a one-owner Ninja ZXR which he has put 120,000 miles on and by now the bike is pretty ragged, so he took a test ride on the Diavel and he absolutely loved the bike. The purchase is on hold, though, because the all-in expense (purchase, insurance, Ducati maintenance) is pretty high.

My little brother lives in a market where a car is optional. He finally bought a VW Golf because they were practically giving them away at year end. The Duc is his hobby, like most of us, and so that is where his money goes.
