I always wanted an interceptor, but graduate school, the military and then overseas work. Maybe I should look for a clean one. It still looks good to me.

Your statement perplexes me. The first part about the exhaust could not be more true. It's hideously large and looks worse in person. As much as I agree with the first statement, I found the second half about the power output a bit ironic given the CB has garnered similar comments. Both are tuned for massive low and mid range. Another 15 hp from little more than 100cc of displacement seems commensurate with that extra displacement and liquid cooling. To be fair, the ZRX made more power and it was carbeurated.
