A gorgeous 1983 Honda V65 Magna pulled up next to me. The ride was in excellent condition - not showroom, but well taken care and pretty well in stock-looking condition. I complimented the owner and he proudly acknowledged. He commented on my ride as he stared at the left side of my 2014 CB1100 and said it was in great condition, "... that has got to be, what?, 'bout 35 years-old?". I realized at that moment Honda did a great job. I can't think of a better compliment than that.
Ha that's awesome. I had an old schooler checkin out my bike in a parking lot not too long ago and he had many old Hondas and others and he was pretty surprised when I told him it was a 2014. Had another younger guy come up to me at a gas station while I was fillin her up with some sweet non oxy and he was part of a vintage bike club. Said he was looking into getting a new cb11 for the reliability that he doesn't have in his old machines, for long distance rides..
Its fun showin off the bike that's for sure!
