VFR Fever, Again

Thinking of buying this. Sometimes older bikes are mint. They cost less than the new one we want. Sales tax can be a killer. Insurance rates on new bikes based on displacement. Gonna take me another year to get the cash together for a '14 CB11 standard.

Those lines are so similar to my 99 XX, shield, license plate holder & can are identical. What year is that bike?? 1999 to 2002 where great motorcycles, unrestricted with spot on fueling.
