When I heard Honda was coming out with the 800-class VFR again, I was beside myself. It's been a bike that I've liked (since the '80s!), but just never got around to, and to me the 1200cc version just didn't seem like a VFR to me. So I moseyed on down to the friendly neighborhood Honda dealer, and to my surprise, they already had one on the floor - I was in love! That incredible red paint job, oh baby! This thing is downright beautiful, and just sexy as heck. Walked around it, even took a couple of cell pics (something I've never done before), and finally proceeded to throw a leg over it...and all those wild dreams immediately crashed and burned. Even after 30+ years of riding sportbikes almost exclusively, it was just too cramped and uncomfortable a position for me. I'm still bummed...
