The horsepower and torque curves of the Scout very nearly mirrors our CB 1100s. Very linear power curves resulting in 85.2 HP@ 7800 rpms and 64.4 ft lbs of torque @ 5900.
I would think that would be a very fun bike to ride, since the CB is such a joy to ride.

Definitely strong similarities here, although the peak 84 HP for the CB1100 comes on at 7300 RPM and the peak torque of 66 ft-lb comes on at 5800 RPM. Together these would suggest the CB1100 might be ever so slightly faster off the line given the similarity of their weights.
