Oh yeah, RR was the first and best thing everybody recommended on the CB500 forum when I joined. To be honest, most of that stuff is designed for way more hardcore off-road stuff than I'll probably ever do. I'm more like a 95%(road)/5%(dirt) guy at this point, anyway. Regardless, it looks like some great quality stuff, and they've certainly got a great rep with the CB500x guys.
Well, if you can wait until New Years Eve like I did, maybe you can nail down the kind of deal I got, too!

Oh, and speaking of farkling, I recently added the 2016 model factory fairing windscreen (mine's a 2015), as it's a lot larger, and gives much better wind protection. It's pretty much a bolt-on affair, and somehow, EXTREMELY cheap ($46!) in the event you find a leftover 2015 model bike and want to upgrade.
I also got the factory "air deflectors". These mount on the fairing lowers, kind of parrallel to your shins. These things are great - huge help in wind (and I'm sure weather) protection in combination with the windscreen. Feels like a much larger/more comprehensive fairing set-up at speed.
I also just got Pazzo clutch and brake levers. I'm never a fan of factory levers - RLETS be darned! - and usually like CRG, but they didn't have an application for this bike. The Pazzos seem every bit as good, however, and I love the way they feel.
That, and Grip Puppies, and I'm set for the time being. I've entertained the idea of an aftermarket exhaust in the hopes of a little more go-power, but I think I've decided against that, at least for the time being. My Triumph Bonneville was pretty loud with the Dominator Touring pipes I put on it, which got pretty old fast on longer rides. I guess I must be getting old, too - never thought I'd be saying that...
