Those are very cool. I saw a video from a guy who installed one of those gyro stabilized cameras in his aerobatic airplane. It took me awhile to figure out how the horizon was staying put, but the pilot's head (and the rest of the plane) was circling around the picture.

That was really cool. What are those stirrup looking things at the end of each wing? Also, thanks again for Guth for contributing the soundtrack.

If you're referring to the spur shaped gadgets attached to the wing strut, those are aerobatic sighting devices. They allow you to get an idea of the wing's position relative to the horizon (i.e 45, 90, 180 degrees).
