Looking at the pics of the Intermot
I quickly gain the impression, there is
hardly a bike that touches my heart.
Not even the CB reaches it.
Too much, yes I must write,
Zeitgeist is involved. Too bad.
Maybe one Triumph looks adaquate
for what a motorbike means to me.
But then there is this somewhat hidden
water cooler.
The original CB is the machine to me,
when it comes to newly build fours.
What is put out on the market after it shows
too much calculation and purpose for beeing a
bike that someone wants to have.
You see the intention and you are out of tune.
The decent charme is gone.
The 'old' CB 1100 isn't a geezer, it's
a nice and well build buddy.
But maybe I'm a geezer and I don't even
feel ashamed for it 'cause I like it that
way.
