Your Last Bike Before the CB?

Previous and first bike was this [url=https://www.flickr.com/photos/14825109@N05/22028469614/in/dateposted-public/]2012 Honda NC700X painted candy tangerine with metal flake. Was a very solid learner bike, thoroughly enjoyable.

Then went to the 2015 Progressive Motorcycle Show in Chicago and was gob-smacked upon seeing the CB1100 Dlx! Knew right then and there that someday it would be my next and last bike!

Well, that "someday" came much sooner than expected, just 2 months later, when I very impulsively traded in the one for the other! This [url=https://www.flickr.com/photos/14825109@N05/17208115318/in/dateposted-public/]2014 CB1100 Dlx is a fabulous bike; haven't looked back!

Somewhat like Fritz, my first adult life bike was my 2013 NC700x, my Red Donkey. Bought it in January 2015, gave me back the 2-wheel confidence and last month traded it for my CB. NC's are very good bikes and very underrated. If I had the resources I wouldn't mind having one as my second bike.
