I had bought new a 2005 R1200RT and later sold it after my friend who owns a Harley store convinced me to buy a Harley. I bought an Ultra Glide and had it for 1000 miles. Beautiful but I hated riding it.
1. It was hot
2. It didn't handle esp compared to the twin BMW's
3. It just wasn't me.

So....I sold it and bought a 2006 BMW R1200RT and eventually got fed up with no local service and bought a ST1300.
