It's everything, really. Suspension, vibration, transmission. Got up to 60mph, but I didn't want to stay there. Scraped it on a mild corner. It's authentic, for sure, whatever that means. And it sure looks vintage- y. But my old GB500 feels much more complete.

Again, just reporting on an actual test ride, and I don't have the same definition of authenticity or criteria that you do. But I'd give it a ride if possible.

Now you WOULD mention you own a GB500. There's a bike I'd like to have. What a nice machine.

As far as cornering prowess, there again, it wouldn't be for that, but a smooth line and bit of body english do work wonders even on a bike with little lean angle. Heck, the CB1100 has lousy cornering clearance but I love riding it. I just keep within its limits.

The vibration would be my only concern. We'll see, but thanks for the heads-up because I'd hate to get stuck with something weird.
