Good report Capo, glad to hear you are happy with the bike. I've heard some disparaging comments about the low red line (6750 rpms?), but apparently this is not an issue if you have not hit it in 300 miles. I am going to assume that it is totally unlike your Bonnie in all regards and would think from a performance stand point it would be much more like the CB than the Bonnie?
Can't wait to see one in person and hear it run, may even grab a test ride when my local dealer gets a mule in.

The redline for the 'R' is 7500, I believe the Bonnie and standard Thrux may be lower. But the bike pulls from 1500 RPM's so I'm not thinking there will be a problem! From a performance standpoint, it walks all over the old Bonnie, naturally, and seat of the pants, distances itself quite a bit from the CB as well. 98BHP and 83 ft-lb's at 450 pounds makes for a sprightly machine.
