A quick review of my Honda CTX1300. Gobs of power everywhere. Down low and up high. Rear suspension is fine, front seems a little harsh on frost heaves. Have read on the CTX forum the front settles in but I am going to try lighter oil in the tubes. This thing shifts effortlessly, it seems to shift itself once you think about the next gear. That is as close as I can explain it. For $6800 I think I have a winner here. Ferret will agree a Honda V4 is a gem of a motor. Not a bit tractor like it wants to wind up and stay there.
September my son and I are heading out on a little 3000 mile trip will have a better review at that time.
edit
My first tank I went 203 miles and pumped in 4.01 gals. I just turned 600 miles today so the oil gets changed in the morning. I bought a cheap set of saddle bag liners ($38) on fleaBay because the bags open sideways and don't want my stuff to fall out on the road.
