Cormanus, please excuse my poor choice of adjectives. By "jaded," I intended to convey a very favorable bias towards Telelever. It's a comparatively heavy design as compared to traditional telescopic forks, but on less-than-perfect roads, I find it provides superior stability, compliance, and control on non-sportbike applications. My RT also has it, as did my ex-R850R and R1100S. Those latter bikes handled extremely well and, I would argue, enabled me to improve my riding proficiency by increasing my confidence.
