I might have to do a little piece on the Super Sherpa. It has surprised the heck out of me how good of a little bike it is.
I think I am going to update this thread with photos of all the bikes I have owned. Finally tracked all the photos down after a couple days of searching.
This shows my first two motorized things. There is a Honda ATC70 hiding behind me sitting on my XR75. The ATC was ridden from age 8-10, XR was 10-14.
My next bike was a 1978 Honda XL175. That is what I first rode on the street when I got my license at 15. Had that from age 14-16.
I got this 1989 Kawasaki KLR250 shortly after I turned 16 and had that the rest of high school.
This 1991 KLR650 was the last bike my dad bought me my freshman year of college. Rode that thing all the way until I was 25.
My first job out of grad school was at a motorcycle dealership (thanks recession) and I had my heart set on a new Suzuki V-strom 1000. Somehow ended up with a 2005 Yamaha FJR1300. I think riding my dad's Concours 1000 made me want a sport touring bike. Rode this a couple years and traded it in 2009.

Decided I wanted to go the ADV bike route and my research concluded the Suzuki DL650 was the way to go, so picked up a clean 2006 model. I rode that bike quite a bit and even took a couple trips on it, but a change in lifestyle brought me to sell it because I was spending more time cycling. That was spring 2014.
It was about 3 months before I realized I had lost my mind and ended up with a new to me 2013 CB1100. I had lusted for this bike, but could not afford a new one. I could swing a good deal on a used one, though.
A few months later, I found myself really wanting one of those new Honda Groms that had just come out. I went to look at them and instead found a really cheap used supermoto. This 2009 Kawasaki KLX250SF came home with me, but only a few months. It was fun, but I just didn't care much for it.
Another few months went by and in early 2015, I decided I missed having a bike that could carry stuff and had decent wind protection. After thinking about what I would like to own at a reasonable price, relatively light weight, and comfortable I landed on another DL650, this time a 2013 model.
In early 2016, I started a new job at a motorcycle dealership despite swearing I would never go back to work for one again. That proved to be bad for my bank account as you will see. The first such purchase was a 2011 BMW R1200GS.
That Beemer was quickly followed up the same month (April 2016) with a Grom that I ended up modifying to a degree where the mods cost more than the bike. I won't repeat what I wrote in my first post of this thread about the chronology. No need to repeat...
I managed to make it to the following year before buying my next bike, the Kawasaki version of the Grom, affectionately known as the Gromasaki. Only reason I got this was because I put it in my office at work and fell in love with the paint scheme. It was a cool little bike, but I preferred my Grom and sold it a few months later.
A few more months passed, I think it was April 2017 I brought the Africa Twin home. Basically, I tried out the DCT version and had to have one. I would have another one now that they are putting cruise control on them.
Then came the FZ09 in Aug 2018
And the SR400 in Oct 2018
The Tracer 900GT the very next month:
