Charlie, you got lucky, man! That area is happy hunting ground! I rarely ride through there without seeing someone pulled over. With all of the tense moods about the beaches around there reopening, and concentrated speed enforcement on PCH during the lockdown, I’ve been really careful through there lately. I have a friend who got popped there recently.
