All else being equal, the V7II is a more practical motorcycle, and like LongRanger said, one of my alltime favs. It moves my 285 lb+ frame like nobody's business, very torquey motor with excellent gearing. Modifications (windshield, luggage, seat) are super easy.
However, all is not equal, you need a good dealer to make the MG work for you long term. In the last couple of years the trend has been dealers dropping out of the game, not good. Apparently Piaggo is a PITA to work with from a dealer perspective.
