I've always found the CG125 intriguing, since I see them on my infrequent trips to Mexico, usually used as food delivery bikes. I've seen them pop up on Craig's List here from time to time, and there's a practically new one listed north of L.A. right now. I'd be tempted to hang a plate from one of my other bikes on it, as I've never encountered a situation where the license plate on one of my motorcycles has been compared to the VIN sticker for any type of verification other than the original purpose.
But, with my luck, something would occur to make that happen, and that's the last I'd ever see it.
