I've seen this before... I think the guy in the lower bottom of the mix in the greyish long sleeve would be called the "Lucky Pierre".
I ran into a guy at a bike meetup recently here in CA who was trying to get one of these into the U.S. I asked how he'd ride it, and he said he'd just put the plate from one of his other bikes on it. That would work fine unless he was pulled over I guess.
Very cool bike... I'd be tempted to risk it.
