To be price competitive with Yamaha's $7899 MT-07, the new bike will have to be priced in the $8099-8299 range, well below the CB650R's $9299. It's a larger, newer bike than the Yamaha, and Honda usually gets away with being the highest priced in the class.
Remember, Suzuki is also building a similar engine to replace the SV650/DL650 v-twin.
