If they brought out a cast wheel version with tubeless tyres they would triple their sales in Europe. Even the Chinese competitors knocking on their door know this. e.g. Moto Morini x-cape (Italian brand, Chinese motorcycle), comes with tubeless spoked wheels or cast. No doubt this Honda's quality is far superior but tubed tyres bother lots of people. But Honda are going at it hard on the entry level pricing and trying to make it up on the accessory packs, a good headline strategy, lure them in then upsell. It is quite a good looking bike, especially in the white colourway.
