It only does this when the bike is moving and registering some speed. When the bike is stopped and I hit the horn, the needle doesn't move. Kinda weird. Nothing else is odd as far as electronics. I did replace the speedo cable, which is electronic, not mechanical. Not sure what that has to do with anything, but you never know.
Razor, next time you ride yours, if you don't mind, hit the horn while you're moving and glance at the speedo to see if the needle jumps.
Might take the bike out later today or tomorrow, and will give it a go.
On a separate note; I’ll assume you cleaned the white grease from the relay connectors and the ground connector? The ignition switch connector, in the headlight bucket has the same grease situation?

The test ride and after riding Rick’s; had me looking for a used one. It’s amazing how many can be found, and with relatively low miles.
Smooth power/torque. Runs too quite for my taste, as you’ll be riding and notice the RPM’s are higher than you’d expect.
