Long story short, this motorcycle was traded in with a little over 500 miles on it and the dealership owners grandson put another 500 plus on it and I can confirm this. The oil level window is totally full which makes me think maybe they did change the oil after all and got it slightly overfilled. I am just curious when they are new if the oil level falls between the upper and lower level in the window.
Mine was over the window new and is that way after oil changes. Recommended 4qts will put you slightly over the window. Get it warm, if it just creeps over the window your fine, if it fills the window instantly your high.
